Group product on location – per shot/variation $100.00 +10%gst

The way the cost schedule works is there is an initial charge for the first image per product, and then an extra charge for each variation/ shot per product. Kindly bear in mind we have different rates for shots with and without talent. 

Quotes will be supplied for each shoot for approval and prepaid payment is preferred. However, we can negotiate this within seven (7) days from issued invoice with high-res file/s supplied thereafter. These terms are in place until a solid relationship has been established and payment terms can be renegotiated. 

The rates below are based on an individual variation/shot basis and scale accordingly and include all photography, computer and lighting equipment, studio set up, captures, file handling and processing, background clipping, any retouching, file delivery as layered PSD, high-res jpegs and delivery via a web delivery service. The pricing below is a per variation/shot rate (not per product). Studio included.

HERE’S WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

1. This is a single product photography service. It only covers a single shot (or angle), and not a per product shot.
2. A per shot-based service example: two angles per product is equal to two product shots.
3. In studio product photography, you may either drop off and leave your products or stay to watch and approve on-site. This arrangement must be confirmed prior to the shoot and not allowed during any COVID-19 restrictions in Victoria
4. Colour corrections for all reproducible colours
5. Basic retouching is included
6. White background colour can be clipped and can be with shadow and/or with reflection
7. Delivery of images via a cloud based service such as Dropbox.
8. Please allow up to seven (7) days for photography, post product and delivery of your finished files.
9. All products are returned upon completion of the shoot. Please provide a return address and postage or courier instructions for your product to be returned in a timely manner

PHOTOGRAPHY RATES +10%

• Single product on white (no talent) – per shot/variation $30 
• Single product on white (with talent) – per shot/variation $40 
• Group product on white – per shot/variation $60 
• Product on location (no talent) – per shot/variation $60 
• Product on location (with talent) – per shot/variation $70 
• Group product on location – per shot/variation $100 

EXTRAS +10% 

• Extra shot/variation per product $20 
• Talent fee $150 per hour 
• Photography location fee $145 per location travelled to
